The more people know about me and the solutions I offer in the marketplace, the more they are willing to pay for those solutions.

After the inspirational talks became very successful and almost every school needed me to inspire their school, I decided to also use my message to encourage massive level of activity and production for folks working in sales organizations.

Most of these folks are average, lukewarm and just simply average and lazy. I observed a need for these folks to do things differently in terms of their sales career.

My principle with every business person is that to get good sales, you have got to visit more companies, make more phone calls, do more appointments, send more proposals and quotations and only then will you have some hope of massive conversion on prospects into businesses.

This has been the cornerstone of my sales consultancy career. The concepts I shared in my book is basically talking more about increasing level of activity, production and momentum in hunting for business.

Lessons: for any business to succeed, first the owners have got to be ruthless with themselves in terms of personal development.

Are you doing the best in terms of keeping yourself fit to deal with the physical pressures of the business?

Are you putting in the hours to ensure work is complete?

These are questions that as entrepreneurs, sales superstars, we have to answer with a 10/10. They are the exceptional mantras that every business need.

Always remember, the business is you first, before the products and services that you have to offer to the clients.

The Question is, are you growing or you are the same as you were 3 years ago in terms of personal growth?
